By accessing or using the Sportsliners platform (website and mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Sportsliners reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Sportsliners provides a platform to:

• Discover and join local sports events (cricket, football, badminton, and more)
• Create and host sports events in your city
• Browse and book sports venues and turfs
• Connect with other sports enthusiasts and players
• Communicate with other users via in-app messaging

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sportsliners. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Sportsliners uses phone number (OTP) based authentication via Firebase. You agree not to share your account or let unauthorized persons access it.

When you join or create an event on Sportsliners, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event details (date, time, location, sport type)
• Show up on time for events you have confirmed attendance for
• Follow venue rules and regulations at all times
• Treat other participants with respect and sportsmanship
• Accept the event organizer's decisions regarding team allocation and rules

Certain services on Sportsliners may require payment, including event entry fees and venue bookings. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

By making a payment, you authorize Sportsliners to charge the specified amount. Transaction receipts will be provided via email or in-app.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post misleading, false, or offensive content
• Attempt to disrupt the platform's functionality or security
• Resell or commercially exploit event slots or venue bookings

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on Sportsliners are the property of Sportsliners or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Sportsliners acts as a facilitator for sports events and venue bookings. We are not liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or damages during events
• Quality or condition of third-party venues
• Disputes between users or event organizers
• Loss of personal belongings at events or venues

Users participate in sports activities at their own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Sportsliners shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
